Shaftesbury Capital is pleased to launch a public consultation on its emerging proposals for 61–69 Broadwick Street and 46 Marshall Street.

The proposals seek to deliver a sensitive, retrofit-led transformation of the site, creating a high-quality flagship retail destination while bringing 46 Marshall Street back into active use and enhancing the wider environment through greening and sustainability improvements.

As part of this consultation, local residents, businesses and stakeholders are invited to learn more about the proposals and provide their feedback here.
